However, she ignores all such criticisms and keeps progressing on the path of success for her fans. Further, she revealed if she could relate to Salman Khan's struggles of being misinterpreted in Bollywood. The actress expressed her sadness over the same and shared: “Agar Salman ji ko dekhein unki kitni fan following hai, kitna pyaar karte hain log unse. I think he is right now the top most, the most-loved star in the country.”
During the same conversation, Kangana also pointed out that people with evil thoughts about Salman probably think of him as their competitor. Thus, driven by jealousy of his position in the film industry, people used to hate him. In Kangana's words:
“Jin logon ko unse pyaar hai, unse pyaar hai. Ab jin logon ki aankhon mein woh khatakte hain, woh to unse nafrat karenge hi. Jo log unki competition ke hain ya film industry walon ki baat kar rahe hain, na unki aankhon mein to woh khatkeinge. Hum unki jagah pe hone chahiye ya woh uss jagah pe kyun hai, to aise to logon ki aankhon mein woh khatkeinge.”
Kangna Ranaut about quitting acting for politics
Kangna has lately opened up regarding the possibility of leaving acting in the future which is also in gossip nowadays. Saying consciously that it all depends on time and she has no final plans for whether she would continue politics or act ahead.
“Whether I would continue to act, I think this is a question where I would like people to decide that. For example, I never said I want to be a leader. People should say you should be a leader. Whether a party does surveys or whatever the criteria was to give you a ticket, it is the people’s choice that I should fight the elections. Now, tomorrow if Emergency works and if they want to see more of me, if I feel I can have success, I will continue,” Kangana said.
She added, “Otherwise if I feel I have more success in politics and I am needed there more… We go where we feel needed, respected and value. I will let life decide for me. I have no such plans that I will go here or there. I am fine anywhere where I am needed to whatever is needed”.
