The staff of CM house in Punjab will be provided with top-class costumes and top-notch shoes, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
The Punjab government is all set to have the best of the best stuff for the servants of the CM House at all costs.
The Punjab government will also arrange 150 waistcoats made of the best fabrics, 350 pairs of finest quality socks and 175 pairs of shoes made of pure leather.
For this purpose, bids from noted brands have been sought. Compromise on quality and comfort is out of the question.
The costume code appears to be a package of branded shoes and designer dresses.
Also, tender notice to hire a plane for the travel facilities of the Punjab Chief Minister Parvez Elahi has been issued. A mid-size executive jet for the Punjab CM will be hired for 3 months. It has been made mandatory that the chartered plane should be from 8 to 10 seater. The Punjab government has allocated up to $4000 for the mid-size jet and December 30 is set as the bid deadline.
