A Dolphin Force cop died after his throat was slit by a kite string in Nishtar Colony of Lahore on Saturday.

The Dolphin officer, identified as Safdar, was going to home on his motorcycle after duty when a sharp kite string fell on him and cut his throat.

The police high-ups have sought a report into the incident.
