PTI candidate Zahid Behar Hashmi freed after arrest from outside RO Multan office

Multan police released the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Zahid Behar Hashmi from PP-220 after his dramatic arrest from outside the Returning Officer's (RO) office late on Sunday night.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, PTI candidate Zahid Behar Hashmi is the son-in-law of the senior politician Makhdoom Javed Hashmi.
The family sources said Zahid Behar Hashmi was arrested by police when he reached the RO office late at night to collect his election symbol.
The family sources said Multan police detained him from outside the RO office but after some time, he was released and reached home now safely.
