Hospital staffers rape mentally-retarded female patient in Mardan

A disturbing incident at a hospital has raised serious concerns about the safety of female patients in Mardan district, 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to the first information report (FIR) filed by Mardan police, two staff members of the Mardan Medical Complex allegedly gang raped a mentally ill woman within the facility.
The District Police Mardan spokesperson confirmed that Sheikh Maltoon police have arrested one of the suspects, identified as Aziz, while efforts are underway to apprehend the second suspect.
