Last month, PML-N leader Attaullah Tarar told the media that former chief minister Usman Buzdar and his accomplices will be grilled on charges of building assets beyond means.
Tarar said the PML-N decided to move the Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment against Buzdar and others as the ex-CM made assets worth Rs10 billion. The PTI plundered the country’s wealth while its chairman facilitated Buzdar, Farah Gogi, and other favorites.
He said former prime minister Imran Khan benefited Farah Gogi with an amount of Rs320 million through the tax amnesty scheme 2019. Farah also minted millions of rupees through transfers and postings of government officers. In fact, she had been ruling Punjab through Bani Gala.
