The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has brought a bloody love triangle to a close in Karachi after arresting a jilted lover in Korangi who has committed two murders, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In an operation conducted in Saddar area of Karachi, the CTD personnel arrested the man in Korangi Industrial Area of the city in connection with two murders, one committed in Karachi and the other in Shikarpur.

A spokesman for the CTD said that the man, who had been identified as Shah Nawaz, during initial interrogation confessed to have killed Sabir Hussain on June 9, 2024 in connivance with his accomplices because the latter had married off his fiancée after eloping with heer.

The suspect also admitted that prior to that he had murdered Sabir’s brother Jabir Hussain in Shikarpur, the spokesman said, adding Shah Nawaz had also attacked and wounded her ex-fiancée Shamshad.

The CTD have informed the Korangi Industrial Area and Garhi Yasin police stations about the arrest of the murder accused.
