Sink differences for country’s progress, Zardari urges parties

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-i-Sadr in Islamabad on Friday and discussed a raft of issues with him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The issues which were pondered upon during the meeting included political situation prevailing in the country.

President Zardari maintained that everyone will have to play his or her role to take Pakistan forward.

Asif Zardari said political parties must keep country’s prosperity and progress supreme by exercising their democratic and constitutional responsibilities. “We should only think about Pakistan and sink our personnel differences,” he added.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on this occasion said with the power of unity and solidarity any challenge can be overcome.

It may be mentioned here that Mohsin Naqvi’s meeting with President Zardari following the interior minister’s talks with PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
