Information ministry recommends Naeem Bokhari for PTV chairman’s slot  

The Minister of Information has sent a summary consisting of nine- nominees for three slots of private members of Pakistan Television board of directors to the federal cabinet.

The ministry proposed noted figure Naeem Bokhari’s name for the post of PTV chairman.  Three chartered accountants, three lawyers and three anchorpersons are on the list for three slots.

The nominees are Naeem Bukhari, Muhammad Ayaz, Amir Malik, Asghar Nadeem Syed, Faisal Qureshi, Waseem Raza, Sajid Jaffery and Arshad Hasan. In September, the Islamabad High Court removed PTV chairman and six directors.
