SC bench to hear 3 petitions against Balochistan's election tribunals decisions on November 20

Supreme Court of Pakistan is set to hear 3 cases on alleged rigging petition during general elections 2024. A three-member bench headed by Justice Athar Minullah will hold the hearing on November 20, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Justice Irfan Saadat and Justice Aqeel Abbasi will be part of the bench. Mir Himal Khan had challenged the decision of the Election Tribunal in PB 28 Kech in Balochistan while another runner up Obaidullah has filed an appeal against the decision of the Election Tribunal in PB 44 Quetta.
Ali Madad Jatak had filed an appeal in Balochistan Assembly Constituency PB-45. The Supreme Court has reinstated PPP's Ali Madad Jatak on the injunction order. The Election Tribunal had ordered re-voting at 15 polling stations while de-seating Ali Madad Jatak.
