No notification yet about winter vacations in Punjab schools

Despite announcement of winter vacations, Punjab Education Department has so far failed to issue any notification in this regard, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The Education Department had already announced commencement of winter vacations in the educational institutions from December 20, 2024 until January 10, 2025.
Prior to this, the provincial education minister already directed to reconsider winter vacations schedule in Punjab.
He proposed that due to expansion of winter season, concerned officials must change dates of winter vacations in Punjab.
Today on December 16, 2024 no notification was issued by the Education Department in this regard.
The parents, teachers and the school administration are in a fix about the latest situation.
