Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain visits Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in jail

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, the president of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), met with his cousin Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in Adiala Jail on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The meeting was attended by Chaudhry Salik, Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain, Muntaha Ashraf and Chaudhry Shafay Hussain.
A spokesman of PML-Q said that the meeting was purely based on family ties and there was no discussion on the political situation in the country.
He added that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and his family were concerned about the health of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, who is facing corruption charges and has been in jail.
He also said that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi have a very loving relationship and the meeting took place according to family traditions. He urged the media not to give a political color to the meeting.
