Court indicts two accused involved in Ameer Balaj murder case

Additional Sessions Judge Lahore Asad Hafeez has indicted two accused, Haroon and Sohail Mahmood Malik, who were involved in the murder of businessman and underworld figure Ameer Balaj Tipu, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court on Thursday summoned both the accused again on February 11. The court also summoned ASI Abdul Rauf and the cartographer as witnesses.
The Chuhng police have presented a challan in the court in connection with the murder case.
In this case, Gogi Butt, Taifi Butt and Bilawal have been declared as absconders and separated from the case while Ahsan Shah and Muzaffar Hussain Shah have been killed.
The accused were accused of shooting and killing Ameer Balaj at a wedding ceremony.
Advocate KB Rai appeared on behalf of accused Haroon in the court.
