Azra Mansoor, a veteran actress in the Pakistani entertainment industry, in a podcast appreciated the younger generation about their devotion towards religion.

Having worked closely with almost every member of the industry, Azra Mansoor has a lot to say about how people view people in showbiz. She addressed the religious devotion of Pakistani actors, saying that she is aware of the stereotype that actors and actresses are generally atheists. She does not, however, claim that every member of the industry is virtuous, but rather that many of them are deeply religious.

She continued by saying that she had recently started working with Mawra Hocane and Mohib Mirza at Jafaa and had observed how punctual they were with their prayers. Every time, Mawra will exit the scene and say a prayer. She also mentioned the religious nature of Dil e Nadaan's co-stars, describing them as being young, pious girls.
