Jamaat-i-Islami leader escapes bullets in Gujranwala attack

A leader of Jamaat-i-Islami escaped an armed attack in Gujranwala on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The armed attacker riding a motorcycle fired two bullets at Farqan Aziz Butt at Zero Point in Gujranwala but luckily the bullets did not hit him.

The police rushed to the scene and collected evidence including a CCTV footage. They said the attacker will be arrested soon.
