Man shot dead in Malakand court due to old enmity

A man was gunned down on the premises of the Malakand district and sessions court in Batkhela over old enmity on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Another person was also injured in the same firing incident as the security lapse at the Malakand district and sessions court raised many a question.

However, Levies personnel arrested the attacker and shifted him to an undisclosed location.

Rivals sprayed bullets on two persons who were being presented before the court in their case hearing under the police custody.
