Ushna Shah’s rules for workplace enviroment: Call colleagues as bhai to avoid ‘misunderstanding’

Actress Ushna Shah shared an advice to people who usually became afraid when female colleagues call them bhai (brother). Balaa actress took to her Instagram handle to bluntly replied to the ‘casual behavior’ of some male colleagues, who usually complain: ‘Yaar bhai ku kehti ho’.
She said: “Professional environment mein hamein bhai kehny ka shok nahi zaroorat hai. Agar bhai na kahein to kaafi hazraat ka demagh kharab hojata hai”
Ushna gave her argument on why it was important to call people brothers during conversations at workplaces. She said it was better to call bhai instead of creating any misunderstanding.
Further, she advised men to treat women as platonic friends or colleagues so that there will be no need for women to call their male colleagues brothers.
The actress shared her experience of working in the showbiz industry and the everyday battles she has to fight as a woman in a 'male-dominated' work environment.
