COAS, ISI DG discuss SCO-related matters with president

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Director General (DG) Lieutenant General Muhammad Asim Malik had an important meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari at the President House on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi was also present on the occasion.

The country’s overall security situation, especially the matters related to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) came under discussion at the meeting.

Earlier, a luncheon was hosted in honour of China’s Prime Minister Li Qiang at the President's House at which the country’s military and civil leadership was also present.
