Sarwat Gilani advises youngsters to marry in 30s

Talented Pakistani actress and activist Sarwat Gilani appeared as a guest on a podcast show by 'Rukhsat' and shared her thoughts about marriage, companionship, and generational traumas.

The starlet advised youngsters to get married in their 30s and not in their 20s because in your 20s you are still confused and discovering yourself thus waiting and being mature is important.

In Pakistan after 24, people are considered to be expired milk but Sarwat wants Gen Z to change things.

Sarwat also spoke about how arranged marriages sometimes take an edge over love marriages. She said there are no guarantees nowadays. People build expectations from zero in an arranged setting and that sometimes works while a 6-year-long love relationship can end within minutes.

Sarwat herself is happily married to Fahad Mirza and shares three children with him.
