Pakistani team stands first in int’l fireworks contest in Russia

A Pakistani Pyrotechnics team (Allied Fireworks) led by Shahid Butt secured the first position in a major fireworks competition in Moscow held on August 14, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday. 

Pakistan Ambassador to Russia Shafqat Ali Khan said that the Pakistani team tremendously displayed fireworks in Moscow’s skies just over the Moscow River. He said Shahid Butt used modern technology and creative artwork to display Pakistani fireworks in front of Moscow's audience. 

The envoy believed that these events will further cement bilateral ties. 

Pakistan Embassy in Moscow also presented a souvenir to Shahid Butt for their outstanding performance. 

Pakistan Embassy in Russia Press Consular Zafar Yab Khan said that on the eve of August 14th, Pakistan bagged another honor.

Pakistani company Allied Fireworks brighten up the Moscow skies with Pakistan's classic folk music ‘Lithe Di Chadar’, and ‘Damadam Mast Qalandar’, right above the Moscow River, and scored the first position in the world fireworks.
