Bodies of three missing mountaineers found after nine years

After 9 years, rescue team has recovered the missing dead bodies of three mountaineers in Neelum Valley, Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Neelum Deputy Commissioner said that three mountaineers namely Imran Junaidi, Usman Khalid and Khurram Rajput had gone missing during August 2015 when they were trying to reach Sar wali peak.

After the accidents, the dead bodies of the mountain climbers were found from glacier.

The 20,755 feet highest peak of the valley has not been summited till date. A four-member team conducted a search operation on Sarwali Peak to find the three climbers.

The relatives of the mountaineers have identified the bodies. Rescue teams were transferring the bodies of climbers from peak to their ancestor village.
