Man arrested in Lahore for ‘deceiving’ Ertugrul hero

Kashif Zameer, the man who invited Ertugrul hero Engin Altan Düzyatan to Pakistan to work as ambassador for his brand, was arrested late on Wednesday night on fraud charges.
The SSP (Investigation) supervised the operation in which Kashif’s armed friends were also arrested. Police said Kashif and his friends allegedly put up resistance during the arrest. They were shifted to a police station for further investigation. He has also been accused of hurling threats at media persons for highlighting his alleged involvement in criminal cases.
Engin Altan had arrived in Lahore, Pakistan on December 10 on the invitation of a private business company. Photographs and videos of his arrival at the Lahore airport went viral on the social media.
