Actor Usman Javed, known for his breakout role as Miral in Jhok Sarkar, has shed light on the challenges faced by newcomers and junior artists in the drama industry.

His powerful performance in Jhok Sarkar earned him recognition and paved the way for his subsequent projects, including the upcoming Jo Bachein Hain Sang Samait Lo and his ongoing role as Kami in Tan Man Neel o Neel.

While reflecting on his journey, Usman shared that his acting career began humbly with a brief appearance in Yakeen Ka Safar, where his four-line dialogue was ultimately cut. He recounted an incident on the set of Mere Humsafar, where he was asked to play Farhan Saeed's friend. Usman revealed he was not properly briefed about the role and witnessed disrespectful behaviour towards junior artists.

He disclosed that junior artists are often referred to as "talent" but face mistreatment, including verbal abuse from other members on set. Having experienced such behaviour early in his career, Usman now takes a firm stand against these practices and advocates for fair treatment of newcomers in the industry.

The actor's dedication to his craft and his outspoken stance against mistreatment highlight the perseverance and courage behind his rise in the entertainment world.
