Imaan Zainab Mazari, daughter of Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari, has taken a jibe at the Pakistan Air Force jets rehearsing for the airshow to be held on March 23 in connection with the celebrations of Pakistan Day.
Dubbing the demo as a wastage of money and a source of pollution, she tweeted: “Jets constantly flying in Islamabad in preparation of March 23 are not only a huge waste of money but a constant source of noise pollution and anxiety.
“People don’t have food on the table but yes, let's spend lots of money on this exercise which serves no purpose whatsoever ….”

Last year, Imaan Zainab Mazari invited public ire over her tweet against Defence Day celebrations.
She claimed in a tweet that Pakistan ‘lost the 1965 war. Pakistanis could not be more upset to come across such baseless facts’.
The nation commemorates September 6 as Defence Day to pay tribute to the soldiers of the Pakistan Army and the nation that jointly fought off Indian aggression in 1965.
