Stray dogs killed an 8-year-old girl in an attack in Chak 62 M a suburb of Jalalpur Pirwala, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The deceased Maryam was attacked by stray dogs when she went to buy grocery from the market.
The horde of stray dogs brutally bit and scratched the body of 8-year-old Maryam from different parts of her body and was seriously injured and taken to nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
After the incidents of stray dog attack on the minor girls occurred it caused chaos and panic among the people of the area.
According to local people incidents of stray dog bites have also taken place in the past but the administration failed to take measures in this regard.
However, Assistant Commissioner has issued orders to launch operation in order to destroy stray dogs.
