PTI’s Shaukat Basra says he took Imran Khan’s image in SC today

The mystery as to how the image of former prime minister and ex-PTI chairman Imran Khan, who appeared in the Supreme Court (SC) in the NAB amendments case via a video link today, went viral was solved when PTI leader Shaukat Basra said he was the one who had filmed the former prime minister’s image, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
In a chat with journalists, Basra, who hails from Bahawalnagar, said he had taken the former prime minister’s picture and later uploaded it on social media. “I am not afraid of anybody. If I had any fear, I would not have come to the court today,” Basra told reporters.
Earlier, Imran recorded his statement in the SC via a video link, which was not live-streamed on the apex court’s YouTube channel.
Sources told 24News TV channel that instructions had been issued to the court staff not to show the court proceedings live on the YouTube channel despite the fact that the last hearing was live-streamed.
