The ongoing drama serial ‘Kabli Pulao’ which airs on Green Entertainment TV channel has been garnering a massive amount of appreciation and lovely responses from the audiences due to its highly appreciated content.
In the latest episode of Kya Drama Hai (Season 3) with Mukarram Kaleem as host, the panel of judges including versatile Pakistani actresses Marina Khan, Nadia Khan, and Rubina Ashraf discussed one of the best drama scenes that shows the second Nikkah of Barbeena (the lead actress) with Haji Mushtaq (40-year-old man playing the lead role in Kabli Pulao).
During the span of the show, the judges praised the drama writer for the amazing story they created which is basically depicting an unconventional marriage.
The Director of Kabli Pulao, Kashif Nisar, has very tastefully reintroduced the idea of love within a marriage with a significant age gap, leaving audiences engaged and asking for more from this drama.
In case the readers are not aware, Barbeena and Haji Mushtaq in the latest episode of the drama went to court to do Nikkah once again as they wanted to buy a house on rest but due to their age difference, no one trusted that they were husband and wife.
Actress Nadia Khan discussed the scene when the judge asked Barbeena if she know Haji Mushtaq was of her father’s age.
Upon which Barbeena replied, “Not of her father’s age but two years older than him”.
The judge asked Barbeena how much money he paid in order to buy you, tell me I will help you and you will be in a safer place later.
Barbeena reacted in the most beautiful way and won the hearts of the viewers.
Barbeena responded with her hands opening, “Itni mohabbat, itni izzat or itni qurbaniyan.”
Actress Nadia Khan expressed her feelings regarding the scene and said, “It was just amazing….
“These lines are priceless….
Actress Marina Khan said, “For me, I thought that was the scene.”
Actress Rubina Ashraf said, “Although there were other lines too, this was on the next level showing that Barbeena was in pure love with Haji Mushtaq.”
“That was the success of the drama and the drama writer”, she added.
