Chakwal wildlife officials arrest infamous hunter

Chakwal wildlife department officials arrested infamous hunter Naveed Akhtar during a raid at his house and recovered illegal trophies of four rare urial, two rare preserved peacock and a falcon, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

According to sources, the raid was carried out by a team of Deputy Director Wildlife Salt Range Zahid Ali and Assistant Director Wildlife Mirza Abid Hussain after a social media video went viral.

The trophies were produced after illegal hunting. 

Moreover, the accused has been produced before the court for further legal action.
