“Workout with me at 23 weeks.

Most of my program did not change after I found out that I was pregnant, Gradually I decreased the volume and intensity of the weights I was lifting. However, the workout remained the same every week and I would just make incremental changes according to how I felt on the specific day!

Always listen to your body. If it tells you to rest, just rest it out. I aimed for Atleast thrice a week because most days I would be so tired of growing a human!
