1,851 fire incidents reported in Karachi this year

A total of 1,851 fire incidents were reported in Karachi this year, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, more than 1,800 fire incidents were reported in 29 fire stations located in different areas of the city during the past eleven months.
The highest number of 152 incidents were reported in Sadar Fire Station, 140 in Central Fire Station and 120 in Nazimabad Fire Station.
Moreover, 103 such incidents were reported in Lyari Fire Station while 115 fire incidents were reported in Site Fire Station and 99 in Korangi Fire Station.
Further, 52 fire incidents were reported at Landhi Fire Station while 129 fire incidents were reported at Gulshan Mustafa Fire Station and 61 fire incidents were reported at Orangi Town Fire Station.
About 46 fire incidents were reported in Shah Faisal Fire Station while 135 fire incidents were reported at Manzoor Colony Fire Station and 109 fire incidents were reported in North Karachi Fire Station.
Likewise, 21 fire incidents were reported at Baldia Town Fire Station while 44 at Bolton Market Fire Station and 103 at Gulistan Johar Fire Station.
As many as 38 fire incidents were reported at Civic Centre Fire Station while 55 at Malir Fire Station and 107 fire incidents were reported at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Fire Station.
About 17 fire incidents were reported at Gulshan-e-Maymar Fire Station, 48 at Site Super Highway-2 Fire Station and 10 at Site Association Fire Station 53 fire incidents were reported at Kati Korangi Fire Station, 29 at Nakati Fire Station, 57 at EP Zone Fire Station and 8 at Latti Fire Station.
Not a single fire incident was reported at Super Highway Fire Station, Cattle Colony Fire Station, ERC Fire Station and New Truck Stand Fire Station.
However, 230 fire incidents were reported in January, 228 fire incidents in March and 214 fire incidents in February.
