Expensive parrots looted at gunpoint in Lahore

In a strange incident in Gujjarpura area of Lahore, two intending ‘buyers’ of pet birds looted a man at gunpoint and made away with his expensive parrots, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The 24NewsHD TV channel has received footage of the incident, according to which the two accused entered the house of the parrot owner Arshad Niazi in the garb of buyers of pet birds. A third accused kept standing outside the house. Arshad Niazi’s house is located in Begumpura area of Lahore.
Arshad Niazi took the two accused to rooftop of his house to show them the parrots. However, the alleged robbers, held him at gunpoint, tied him and made away with expensive parrots.
In the CCTV footage, the accused can be seen coming out of the house and taking away the parrots in a cage.
Arshad has submitted an application in Gujjarpura Police Station for the registration of a case.
The police have started investigation into the incident after collecting evidence from the crime scene.
