Wall of Gujrat turns into Wall of Chaudhrys

The district administration of Gujrat has taken down the portraits of national heroes from the Wall of Gujrat and replaced them with pictures of Punjab Chief Minister Pervaiz Elahi and his son Moonis Elahi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
The Wall of Gujrat was built in 2016 to increase the beauty of Gujrat and as a part of the city’s beautification. Portraits of national heroes and recipients of Nishan-i-Haider were displayed on the Wall of Gujrat.
The installation of pictures of national heroes cost millions of rupees.
Moreover, the site has once again become a waste dump due to the negligence of authorities. There are garbage piles everywhere in Gujarat's Wall Park.
