Junaid Shah, Ranbir Kapoor's doppelganger from Kashmir, passed away after a massive heart attack at his residence in Ellahi Bagh area of Srinagar on Friday morning.
Junaid had grabbed eyeballs after photographs of him with a stark resemblance to Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor surfaced on social media a few years.
Junaid became popular for his stark resemblance to actor Ranbir Kapoor. Earlier, late actor Rishi Kapoor had tweeted a picture of Junaid, comparing his looks to his son Ranbir.
He had written, "OMG. My own son has a double!!! Promise cannot make out. A good double."

Confirming Junaid's death, senior Kashmiri journalist Yusuf Jameel wrote on Twitter, "#RanbirKapoor's lookalike promising Kashmiri young man and my old neighbour Nissar Ahmed Shah's son Junaid Shah passed away after suffering a massive cardiac arrest on Thursday night."
In his tweets, Yusuf also mentioned that Junaid and his family returned to his home in Kashmir from Mumbai a month ago. The aspiring actor did some modelling assignments during his stay in Mumbai.
