14 officers kicked out of FIA

The Interior Ministry has expelled a number of officers working in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on illegal deployment, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Interior Ministry issued its order in this regard on Friday, kicking out 14 officers from the FIA.
The officers working on the posts merged into the FIA will be sent back to their parent departments.
This practice has been going on in the FIA since 1988, though the Supreme Court had declared their merger into the FIA as illegal.

Additional Director Mir Mazhar Jabbar and Nasrullah Khan Gondal were among those officers expelled from the FIA.
Two women officers – Assistant Director Lina Tiwana and Inspector Zareen Amna – were also among those kicked out of the FIA.
