SC to hear Diamer Bhasha Dam funding case on March 24

The Supreme Court (SC) said on Friday that its larger bench would take up the Diamer Bhasha Dam funding case for the hearing on March 24, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Umar Ata Bandial will head the five-member bench, while other members on the bench are Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, the SC said.

The court, on the occasion, also issued notices to respondents in the case.
