Record reshuffle of bureaucrats this year so far

The federal government transferred and posted record number of bureaucrats in the current year so far.

According to the details, at least 447 officers were transferred and posted in the first 261 days of 2020. According to the documents available with 24NewsHD TV, the federal government transferred and posted 413 officers from January 1 to September 17, 2020. The government hired 34 new officers.

At least 59 officers got long leave and 88 officers got retirement so far during the above said period. Most of the reshuffling was done in Punjab and federal capital.
