Former federal minister Faisal Vawda has urged federal government to take action against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister after the Afghan diplomats disrespected Pakistan's national anthem, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the senator said flayed Gandapur by saying that, " KP CM is openly insulting the country for the sake of power." He also condemned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying, "PTI is on the verge of breaking up the country."
He also urged the government to take action against the Afghan diplomats for violating the diplomatic protocols. Vawda also lashed out at the incumbent government and termed it incompetent and inept.
"No condemnation statement or action have been taken by the government. Everybody is sleeping”, he lamented.
Earlier, few days back, Vawda told PTI said: "Today, you have talked about Maryam Nawaz. Tomorrow, you will talk about our mother and sister. How we can stand by you if you will talk about splitting the country."
