Protesting transporters set bus on fire in Quetta

The transporters currently on a strike in Quetta set a coach alight on Sunday, throwing the traffic heading from Karachi to Quetta out of gear, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

And when the fire brigade vehicles reached the site to extinguish the blaze, the protesting transporters even stood in their way and did not let them do their job. 

The transporters told the media they were stopped at Kharri checkpost for hours.
