Pakistani envoy recommends bravery award for martyrs of Oman attack

Pakistani Ambassador to Oman has recommended that the Pakistani nationals martyred in terrorist attack be given awards by the governments of Pakistan and Oman for their bravery, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Pakistan Ambassador Imran Ali made the recommendations after holding a meeting with the families of the martyrs in Muscat.
Talking on the occasion, Imran Ali said that Suleman Nawaz, who belonged to Wazirabad, was a brave youngster as he was saving children from firing when he himself hit by the bullets.
The Pakistani envoy paid tribute to the family of the martyrs on their bravery and said if there is a bravery award in Pakistan or Oman, this martyr deserves it.
Although, these are the martyrs who are beyond any award and this was the virtue of sacrificing oneself to do good for others, said the envoy.
Imran Ali assured the martyrs’ family that the Government of Pakistan will arrange the departure of your family.
Arrangements will be made as soon as possible to take the body of martyr to Pakistan and this is our duty and this embassy stands with you people day or night, he assured.
He assured the family of martyrs whatever you need, this embassy is open for you day and night.
On this occasion, the family members of every martyr Sulaiman Nawaz informed the ambassador about the details of the martyrdom.
They said during continuous firing, Shaheed Suleman Nawaz first saved the women and took her inside and then picked up an injured child who was shot in the legs and ran to save the other one.
In the meantime, he fell due to a bullet in the back, but the children were instructed to reach a safe place under the cover of the vehicles, the family of Suleman Nawaz said.
The Pakistani ambassador also met with the family of Qaiser Abbas, another martyr of Oman terrorism.
Qaiser Abbas went to the gate to give water to the injured people and rescue them and during this Qaiser Abbas was also martyred by bullets of snipers there.
These were the great people who did not care of their lives and sacrificed their lives and four of them were martyred, Imran Ali said.
Zeb and Shandar also sacrificed a lot and they were helping people in the same way.
