Human smuggler arrested from Islamabad, fake Canadian, Turkish visas recovered

After getting strict direction from the Prime Minister against human traffickers, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a human smuggler and recovered many passports and fake visas from Islamabad on Sunday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the accused Muhammad Asif Khan was arrested by the FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad during a raid.
The channel report said the human smuggler was arrested for robbing citizens of millions of rupees in the name of Canadian, Turkish and other countries' visas. The accused pretended to be an employee of a foreign consulate.
The FIA officials said that accused Muhammad Asif Khan was arrested on a tip-off from the area of Sector G/13 in Islamabad as he was extorting money from several citizens in the name of Canadian immigration.
During the raid and search of the accused's house, 12 passports, fake Canadian and Turkish work visas were recovered. The FIA registered the case of human trafficking against the accused.
