Sources say the chief justice will be in Islamabad during the holidays, but he will not be part of any bench.
Petitions Against Elections Amendment Act 2022
The Supreme Court has scheduled for hearing the petitions against Elections Amendment Act of 2022 on January 22, 2025.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Sheikh Rashid Ahmad of the Awami Muslim League (AML) are prominent among those who have moved the Supreme Court against the Elections Amendment Act 2022.
The missing persons case has also been set for hearing on January 22 and Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan will head the bench.
