A local court in Islamabad on Monday adjourning the hearing of the case relating to data leakage of former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa after showing displeasure over non-filing of the case challan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah conducted the hearing. Accused Shahzad Niaz, Arshad Ali and Muhammad Adeel were present in the court.
The court issued show-cause notice to the SHO over non-filing of the case challan, seeking his reply on the next hearing.
After issuing directive for submitting the case, challan the court adjourned hearing of the case until May 3.
