First look of Radhika Merchant's surreal ‘space-themed’ wedding party dress

Ambanis will host a second pre-wedding bash for the to-be-wedded couple between May 28 and 30, 2024, on a cruise ship off the coast of South France, as per reports. It will undoubtedly again be another star-studded event.

Ahead of that, we got hold of some stunning pictures from the first look of the bride, Radhika's wedding party dress, and it's simply mind-blowing.

Radhika Merchant's wedding party dress has been prepared by ace designer Grace Ling.

In a few pictures shared by Instant Bollywood, we can see how Radhika’s dress was prepared, keeping in mind the space-themed wedding party.

According to the designers, the vision was that of a Galactic Princess draped in a fabric effect. The dress features 3D-carved and sculpted elements of the dress made out of Aerospace aluminium technology.

Although the 3D element shows the use of armoured golden parts of the dress, the designers mentioned that the material is fluid and delicate. Thus, the dress was designed using new-era technology and took 30 artisans to complete it.

Recently, Radhika got a surprise royal bridal shower from her close friends and family members. In a few pictures shared by Janhvi Kapoor on her social media handle, we could get a sneak peek into the same celebration. For the bridal shower, Radhika opted for an ivory-toned night suit with fur detailing on the sleeves. She accentuated her look with a crown. On the other hand, her bridesmaids were seen dressed in pink-toned silk nightsuits with dainty tiaras.

Anant Ambani will tie the knot with the love of his life, Radhika Merchant, on July 12, 2024. They hosted a grand pre-wedding soiree for the couple in Jamnagar from March 1 to 3, 2024.
