Two men shot dead over land dispute in Hafizabad

Two men were shot dead while another injured by their rivals over a land dispute in Hafizabad District on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The firing incident was reported from Hafizabad’s suburban area of Chak Sabu.
The slain men were identified as Yousaf and Qaisar.
Police have taken the bodies into custody and shifted them to a hospital, while initiating an investigation into the murder.
25 marriage halls raided
The Punjab Food Authority officials raided over two dozen marriage halls in Hafizabad and slapped heavy fines on them for serving expired items to the guests.
During their raids on 25 wedding venues, the PFA personnel wasted expired food items and imposed heavy fines on halls for substandard arrangements and ignoring previous directives.
