NDPS Court says Aryan Khan has connections with Int'l drugs racket

India's Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) while denying bail to Shahrukh's son said that Aryan Khan was in contact with drug mafia who seems to be part of an international drug network.
The Narcotics Crime Bureau (NCB) is putting efforts to track down these persons and check their criminal records.
According to the statement of court Aryan Khan has awareness and know-how of these person, which Shahrukh's son not disclosed to the court.
The NDPS admitted that Aryan Khan has no criminal record, however, his chats hint that he was involving in illegal drug related activities.
Given the case references of Showik Chakraborty (Actress Rhea Chakraborty's brother), NDPS court said that the arrested is answerable for the entire quantity of drug seized.
The court added that each accused cannot be separated from each other.
NDPS stated that Aryan Khan mentioned bulk quantity and hard drugs.
There is a prima facie material (sufficient to establish a fact) showing that applicant Aryan Khan was in touch with persons dealing in banned narcotic substances as alleged by the prosecution.
