‘Karva Chauth’ is a Hindu festival celebrated by Hindu women of Northern and Western India in October or November on the Hindu lunar month of Kartika. On this day Hindu women keep nirjala fast for their husbands for their long lives, happiness, prosperity, and more. Nowadays, husbands, too, keep fast, which is an exhibition of mutual respect and love. As the event is just around the corner, Bollywood queens have decided to share a startling sneak peek from the upcoming event’s preparation.
Taking to her IG handle, Parineeti Chopra shared a few glimpses from the second Karwa Chauth of hers that she is all set to embark upon. In the glimpses, we could see her minimalistic mehendi design for Karwa Chauth that featured heart shapes and a simple line to highlight the hearts on the back of the actress' hands. Another photo showcased Parineeti's all-lightened-up home for the same festival. In one of the videos, Parineeti was seen sitting on an armchair in her decked-up home. Sharing the clip, the actress wrote, 'The best kind of welcome'. For the unversed, Parineeti recently came to Delhi to celebrate her second Karwa Chauth with her politician husband, Raghav Chadha.
