Seven feet long snake enters house in Lahore's Garhi Shahu area

A big snake entered a house in Lahore’s Garhi Shahu locality on Monday.

The incident panicked the family of Mohsin Ali and he called the Rescue 1122 for help. A rescue team reached the scene within no time and completed the operation within 30 minutes. The snake they captured was said to be 6.11 feet long.

Rescue 1122 spokesperson Farooq Ahmad said this was not the first incident of its type in the city. He said that Rescuers have captured 154 snakes from houses in Lahore this year so far. 

The snake, which was captured on Friday, was later handed over to the Lahore Zoo administration.
