Annual matric, inter examinations postponed due to heatwave in Sindh

In response to the heatwave conditions prevailing across Sindh, the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) postponed the matric exams, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
As per details, the matric exams were originally scheduled to take place from May 21 to May 27.
According to the Chairman Inter board Naseem Ahmed Memon, the exams will commence on May 28.
Moreover, the intermediate examinations have been postponed throughout the province.
The Minister of Universities and Boards issued a notification, approved by the Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah.
According to the spokesperson of the CM Sindh, the intermediate exams, which were scheduled to begin on May 22, will now commence on May 27.
Furthermore, the Sindh Board of Technical Education examinations were postponed for the same reason.
Third-year annual examinations of the Diploma of Associate Engineer were postponed and scheduled to start on May 22.
The new schedule for the exams will be released later.
