Hamid Raza, the Chairman of the Sunni Ittehad Council has expressed his deep condolences on the passing of the Iranian President and Foreign Minister, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Talking to media persons on Monday, Raza reflected on his recent interactions with the Iranian leadership during their visit to Pakistan.
He vehemently criticized the current political system, labeling it as fundamentally corrupt and condemning the suppression of constitutional protection movements.
Raza highlighted the failure of the Pakistani constitution to ensure public safety, stating that those who advocate for their rights face nothing but harassment.
He suggests that the only solution left for the government is to silence voices with bullets, mocking the public mandate.
Chairman of the Sunni Ittehad Council called for clarity on what can and cannot be said or done under the current rule, urging former Nawaz Sharif to resolve his household affairs before returning to politics.
Hamid Raza brought attention to the plight of those in Pakistan who speak out for the people of Gaza.
He also spoke of the intimidation faced by families, sisters, and wives, which is intolerable.
