In blatant violation of rules, private airlines in Pakistan have been preferring their international flights operation to domestic ones, and have started to cancel countrywide flights, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Air Sial and Air Blue are flaunting the rules of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) as far as the ratio of flights is concerned, said sources.
These airlines have started preferring international flights by cancelling domestic ones.
The sources further revealed that this practice has now been going for several days and worst delays were also witnessed in other flights of these airlines.
The PCAA, the sources divulged, has started to monitor the flights operations of the Air Sial and Air Blue, issuing them a stern warning and directing them to strictly follow the rules.
As per the CAA rules, it is mandatory for an airline to operate six domestic flights every day.
